Oh the difference in just a few weeks. I know that I have lost a few pounds but it is the feeler a littler leaner, a little stronger and walking a little taller that I am REALLY loving. Thank you justSlim and all of you justSlimmers for all this fab support. xxxx

Welcome Louise! The group is very friendly and we all encourage each other. The good thing is the justSlim plan isn't a diet - you're constantly eating and the energy levels are through the roof which gives you that extra energy to exercise...it's great! :) Nat x

I am pleased with my Week 1 results, 5 lbs off!
Weigh in today and I'm so proud of myself! Overall I've lost 4kg, which is over half a stone! (After just 2 weeks)
The meals are actually helping me lose weight! very very very happy with the result. Who would have known that eating would help me lose weight....crazy!

I would tell anybody to give the justSlim diet a go. It is by far one of the best diets I have done. It is easy to follow and you never feel hungry. You will gain confidence and results as the weight and inches fall off.
