justSlim is an online weight loss programme designed specifically for you. It is based on your goals, your body statistics and your food likes and dislikes.
justSlim tells you what to eat and when to eat to achieve your desired weight loss, whilst also providing the flexibility for you to make changes, compensate for overeating and eat with your family and friends.

How do I sign up?

Then, sign in, complete your personal assessment and receive your individual weight loss plan so you can ‘justSlim’.
How long should I sign up for?
This is completely up to you and will depend on your weight loss goals. justSlim offers 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 12 month packages.
Losing weight does not happen overnight which is why the minimum sign up is 1 month.
The justSlim method will ensure safe, effective and long term weight loss.
Can I still eat out?
Of course! justSlim is a long term lifestyle choice and enables you to eat out without the worry of jeopardising your results.
You have two choices when you eat out…
select an item on the menu that most closely matches the meal prescribed by justSlim OR choose what you fancy and then login, visit the Honesty Booth and tell justSlim that you went ‘off plan’ and it will recalculate your calorie requirements for the remainder of the week to get you back on track.
You won’t even notice the difference!
How can I keep track of all the ingredients needed to follow my plan?
It’s easy! justSlim will create a shopping list for you so that you don’t miss a thing. It will create a list for any number of days you request.
What if I haven’t had time to prepare my food before work?
Buy a food or snack item that most closely matches that prescribed by your justSlim plan OR make an alternative choice from the supermarket or food outlet and inform justSlim that you have gone ‘off plan’ if you consider the difference to be significant.
justSlim will recalculate your calorie requirements for the following days to compensate, so that you stay on track to your weight loss goal.
You won’t notice any change.
What if I don’t lose weight?
If you have completed your personal assessment correctly, have followed your plan precisely and updated your statistics on a regular basis then we guarantee you will lose weight. So, if you are not seeing any change then we suggest you address one of these things. However, when following a weight loss plan there can be times that you hit a plateau and your rate of weight loss slows down, especially as you get closer to your goal. This is when we advise that you ‘shuffle’ your plan to re-jig your recipes and therefore encourage your body to respond faster. Or, consider increasing your activity or exercise level to shake off those final few pounds.
justSlim is based on principles such as the zig zag method designed to prevent your metabolism from slowing down whilst losing weight so it is very unlikely that you will not lose weight. For more detail on the justSlim principles click HERE.
It is important to stick with your plan as consistency and long term changes are the key to successful and sustainable weight loss.
Can I cook for and eat with my family when following justSlim?
Yes! One of the great features of justSlim is that you can family size any recipe to be able to cook for your whole family and still ensure you stay on track to success. What’s more, justSlim is based on ‘real food’ and ‘real ingredients’ so you don’t have to go shopping for unusual or unobtainable ingredients or special brands that may be expensive. The recipes are tasty, quick and easy so your friends and family will enjoy them too.
What happens if I have a bad day and ‘binge’ or eat more than I should?
Don’t panic. justSlim has a compensation tool called the Honesty Booth which will subtly adjust the following days of your diet to ensure your calorie intake across the week is still on target.
You will not notice the change.
justSlim makes sure that one bad day does not ruin your diet.
What if I don’t like the meal or snack prescribed for me?
It’s unlikely that you will dislike any food prescribed as justSlim filters out all the foods you dislike to ensure you are only prescribed the ones you do.
However, if you simply fancy something else then you use the ‘swap’ tool to select an alternative meal or snack and justSlim will calculate the right quantities for you.
What support will I receive?
justSlim will send you personal alerts to encourage and motivate you every step of the way.
You will receive feedback on your progress and be able to track and monitor this within your program.
Your alerts will be delivered in the most convenient way for you – via your justSlim account or by email so that you are supported everytime you go online.
What’s more, you’ll have access to all of our articles on nutrition, fitness, the mind and weight loss extra, all updated regularly.
How much time does it take?
Typically members login once a week for a few minutes to update their statistics and make changes to their menu for the week so that your plan can adjust with you.
You can print out your menus in advance or view them in the Member’s Area or on email.
To get the best results from your plan you may also want to login to inform your plan of any exercise changes you have made so that it can adjust your plan to compensate for these changes.
What if I am vegetarian or suffer from food allergies and/or intolerances?
justSlim will eliminate certain foods from your diet, at your request, whilst still providing a balanced diet.
You can select from one of these dietary requirements: Dairy Free, Nut Free, Vegetarian or Wheat Free.
However, anyone with a medical condition should always consult their doctor before commencing a weight loss plan.
What if I’m hungry?
Your justSlim plan gives you the correct daily balance of carbohydrates, protein and fats and works to a safe level of calorie reduction per day reducing the chances of you feeling hungry.
Many members comment on the generous portion sizes and express their delight at never feeling hungry with justSlim.
Some people may find it takes a couple of weeks for their body to adapt to a new eating regime (especially if you have a poor diet prior to beginning your justSlim plan), but be assured you will not be deprived of nutrients and energy.
If the problem persists, and it’s not emotional hunger (see justSlim articles on the mind to overcome this) then update your personal profile to check your plan has kept pace with any changes you have made.
How long before I start to see results?
Individual results vary but you should start to see results within 7-10 days.
Should I eat what my plan prescribes even if I’m not hungry?
Yes. Your justSlim plan is designed to maintain your energy levels through regular meals and to prevent any rapid rises and falls in your blood sugar levels which leads to cravings and overeating later in the day.
What about drinks?
You will be advised on how much water to consume throughout the day. It is important to be well hydrated on your plan as being thirsty can often be mistaken for hunger.
With justSlim you can enjoy unlimited herbal teas as an alternative or addition to water. You can also drink unsweetened black tea and coffee. However, we recommend that caffeinated drinks are limited to 3 per day. More water may have to be consumed if you drink caffeinated beverages.
If you prefer your hot drinks with milk, please use a maximum of 150 ml of skimmed milk per day.
Higher calorie fluids such as fresh fruit juices may be prescribed within your justSlim plan and will be calculated as part of your calorie provision for the day.
Alcohol will not be prescribed and is not advised if you’re serious about losing weight but it can be consumed as your ‘treat’ and justSlim will compensate for you.
Can I follow the justSlim plan if I am breastfeeding?
Yes, justSlim is a sensible eating plan based on eating healthy, wholesome foods that provide you with a good balance of carbohydrate, protein and fat. It doesn’t eliminate any food groups or nutrients that are vital whilst breastfeeding.
Information on whether to increase your calorie intake whilst breastfeeding varies from 400 to zero extra calories per day.
justSlim will not increase your calories if you are breastfeeding but we advise you be guided by your appetite and that you consult your doctor if you are uncertain.
How often should I weigh myself and take my measurements?
We recommend that you weigh yourself each week and advise that you do this on the same day and time of day, usually before breakfast.
Regarding body measurements, you should take your measurements each month.
Remember to update your justSlim profile after each weigh-in and measurement session.
Why have my daily emails from justSlim stopped?
justSlim is a dynamic plan that responds to changes in your body statistics and exercise levels.
To ensure that your plan is tailored to your current requirements it is vital that you update your details at least every 14 days.
Please login and update your account and your daily emails will resume.
How do I use a coupon code?
Visit the Sign Up page and select your preferred package by clicking Choose Plan. Enter the code into the Coupon box. Press the Enter key and then click Choose Plan button again and the amount you have saved will be shown. Select your payment method and proceed through the checkout to complete your purchase.
How long is my free trial?
Your free trial is for 5 days, with day 1 being the day you sign up.
How can I cancel my free trial?
If you wish to cancel your free trial, please refer to the WorldPay FuturePay Confirmation email you received when you signed up. Follow the instructions to login to your FuturePay account where you will be able to cancel your account. Alternatively, submit a support ticket to justSlim stating your FuturePay account number and indicating why you wish to cancel. We will then process the cancellation on your behalf.
How can I cancel my justSlim account?
